If so required you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and credit card details when you complete an order form to purchase products or services or make an enquiry. Any information gathered will only be used to complete your request unless specifically stated on a particular form.

Information provided by you will be handled in accordance with the relevant jurisdiction’s data protection legislation. We maintain strict security standards and procedures with a view to preventing unauthorised access to your data by anyone, including our employees.

Notification of Changes
We may change the content of service found on our site at anytime without notice and consequently our privacy policy may change at any time in the future.

Direct Marketing
At each point of data collection individuals are given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving direct marketing activity. Where individuals do not want to opt-out of such communication, we may provide information on:

- Changes and improvements to the website

We will not disclose your personal information unless we are obliged to do so or allowed to do so by law or where we need to do so in order to run our organisation. Should this be the case, we will ensure that confidentiality agreements in line with applicable data protection legislation are in place.

If you believe that any information held by us about you is incorrect or incomplete you should write to the Data Protection Officer at the address given below. Any information which is found to be incorrect will be corrected as soon as possible.

THE i6 CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL

Definition and Scope
“i6 Customer Support Portal” refers to the Web Portal service that provides a central entry point for Users to obtain information on how to use platforms provided by i6 and to raise support request tickets.

The “User” refers to an individual who, based on a contract agreement either directly with i6 or via a consortium agreement, has access to the support portal as mentioned above, for a specific period of time such as day or month; hereafter mentioned as “User”.

The aim of the Support Portal is to give the “User” access to the necessary support tools and information.

i6 may modify Portal content from time to time as it deems it necessary.

"Acceptance" means your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by your logging into the Support Portal log-in screen.

Severability Clause - If any article, section or provision of these Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder of them shall continue in full force and effect. Any Conditions which are null or void are in this case to be understood such that their intended purpose is still fulfilled as far as possible.

Law and Jurisdiction- These terms shall be construed, enforced and performed in accordance with the substantive laws as agreed in the direct contract or via the relevant consortium contract.

Acceptance
By Accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to be bound by them without limitation or qualification.

License Grant and Right of Access
i6 grants to the “User” a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Support Portal for as long as the “User”, with regard to other provisions of the contract, is granted a right to view the site by either i6 or as a consortium member.

The “User” is entitled to use the Support Portal as it is provided through publication on the internet solely for the purposes as described above.

The “User’s" right to use the Support Portal will automatically cease in the event of a material breach by the “User” of any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions or of the contract; or termination of the contract.

The “User” may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any rights or obligations in these Terms and Conditions to any other person.

No Warranty
i6 will endeavour to publish accurate information on the Support Portal and ensure that the services do not have errors or omissions. However the information published on the Support Portal is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

The information in the Support Portal is made available based upon the "User" using i6 platforms as advised by i6 best practice. The information provided is for the agreed purposes only and is not intended as a (legal) recommendation or (legal) advice as to particular transactions, investments or strategies in any way. In no event will i6 be liable for any direct or indirect, special or consequential damages to the ”User” or anyone else for any decision made or taken in reliance on the information provided by the Support Portal.

Obligation of the “User”
The “User” is fully responsible for all activities that occur in the Support Portal under the password(s) provided to it by i6. The “User” will ensure that such password(s) are kept confidential, treated in a secured manner and will immediately notify i6 of any breach of security with respect to such password(s) or to the use of the Support Portal.

Passwords to access the Support Portal are provided to a named individual using a work email address only. The “User” shall not share their password with any other individual(s).

The “User” shall be responsible for informing i6 when access is no longer required. For example, but not limited to, when a User is no longer employed by a Consortium Member company.

The “User” is responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Support Portal by internet connection and/or using the password(s) are aware of these terms and conditions of use and that they comply with them.

The “User” agrees to use the Support Portal only in a lawful manner and further agrees not to cause, or knowingly allow others to cause, any nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience whether to i6 or to any of its customers or “User’s” of the Support Portal.  

The “User” agrees not to use the Support Portal to transmit or post any material which is fraudulent, offensive or obscene.

The “User” ensures to use up-to-date virus checking software to prevent the introduction of viruses and other harmful code onto the Support Portal.

Obligation of i6
i6 shall provide the “User” with a password to use the Support Portal.

i6 takes all reasonable steps to safeguard the security of any information input by the “User” or information used by the “User” in connection with the Support Portal.

i6 shall use its reasonable endeavours to make the Support Portal available for the “User”. i6 gives however no guarantee of such availability. In the event that the Support Portal would be unavailable i6 will make all reasonable efforts to recover the Services as soon as possible.

Notwithstanding the provisions above i6 may suspend the Support Portal at any time at i6 sole discretion without liability to the “User”. Suspensions will be justified with reasons.

Intellectual Property Rights
The “User” acknowledges having no right whatsoever with respect to any and all intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Support Portal. i6 reserves all rights related to the Support Portal. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants the “User” a right or licence to use any trademark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by i6 or any other third party except as expressly provided in these terms.

Liability
i6 shall in no event be liable to the “User” for any direct or indirect consequential damages, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of profits or data arising out of the use or inability to use the Support Portal.

The “User” acknowledges that the Support Portal is provided via the internet and that i6 has no control over the availability and/or the security of the internet. i6 endeavours to ensure that the services are free from bugs and is secure, but i6 does not assume any liability for timely, trouble-free and uninterrupted access to the internet.

While i6 has used its discretion, best judgement and all reasonable efforts in maintaining a virus-free website, it declines any liability for persons, property damage or especially direct, indirect pecuniary loss which may result from transmission or downloading of computer viruses. i6 cannot be held liable for hardware damage, loss of data, alteration of data, or downtime.

Data Protection/Confidentiality
Both Parties shall use the Support Portal in Compliance with the applicable contract provisions related to confidentiality and data protection and the applicable data protection laws.

The “User” will treat all information on the Support Portal as confidential, the processes used, and all related documentation.

The “User” shall not sell, rent or alter any information/data retrieved from the Support Portal whereas transfer, distribution, disclosure and copying is solely admitted for internal use by the “User”.

The “User” shall implement appropriate measures that information/data retrieved from the Support Portal is protected against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access in particular where the processing involves transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
